A. The council shall by resolution designate through streets, intersections where stops are required, and intersections where vehicles shall yield the right-of-way.

B. When any resolution of the council shall designate any through street or intersection where vehicles are to stop or yield the right-of-way, the police chief shall erect and maintain the appropriate signs at every location where a vehicle must stop or yield the right-of-way. (Prior code § 12-2-10)
