8.08.110 Violation--Penalty.
Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisonment for a period of not more than twenty (20) days in jail, or to both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that the violation continues shall be a separate offense. (Prior code § 9-9-2 (part))
